Why Do I Need An Architect?

MasterPro architects play a key role and have significant responsibilities in any of our design, planning and construction projects.  Due to the highly technical nature of significant building developments and associated floor plans, architects drawings will be necessary to provide a template and structure for our professional tradespeople to work to.

We will undertake all of the negotiations with the architect on your behalf to ease the process for you and take the pressure off.

We will negotiate and correspond with certified local architects on your behalf:

• the project details and services to be provided
• the procurement method
• approximate construction costs and
• the project schedule

We seek fixed fees at all times, prior to commencement of works, so you receive no nasty surprises upon completion of your project.

Our trusting relationships with networks of fully qualified RIBA architects that we have built up over the past ten years means that communications, such as changing elements of architects floor plans will happen smoothly and with the minimum of fuss, keeping costs down wherever possible for you.
